.SYNOPSIS... Dry conditions are generally expected through Saturday with precipitation chances possible Sunday into early next week. Above normal temperatures are expected to continue this week.

&&

.NEAR TERM /UNTIL 6 PM THIS EVENING/... Dry conditions are expected once again today. Decreased temperatures this morning and added fog in across the north. Dropped dew points again during the afternoon hours. Highs in the 80s are expected.

&&

.SHORT TERM /6 PM THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT/... Dry conditions will persist for the short term. Low temperatures are expected to drop into the middle 50s to lower 60s tonight and Thursday night. Another day of above normal temperatures is expected with highs in the 80s to around 90 degrees.

&&

.LONG TERM /FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY/... There are some model solutions showing a subtle boundary dropping down into the region on Friday. The NBM is maintaining a dry forecast and with dry conditions recently and model variability kept the dry forecast. There will be at least a low end potential for rain however on Friday.

Some models are also trying to bring in light precipitation Saturday night with more consensus on rain for Sunday through Tuesday. The NBM has backed off on some of the precipitation chances however and has focused precipitation chances more across the western portions of the region. Will continue to monitor model agreement and progression with time to see if precipitation chances need to be increased late in the weekend and into early next week.

High temperatures are expected to be in the 80s across most locations through this time period, however a few 90s will also be possible. Low temperatures are expected to be in the 50s and 60s.

&&

.AVIATION /12Z WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY/... Generally expect VFR conditions through the TAF period, however brief MVFR vsbys with river valley fog cannot be ruled out during the late overnight hours at KLUK.
