which will stay the course through the period. A weak system from
the north will keep ceilings at around 10kft for KPDT/KALW/KDLS and
4kft at KRDM/KBDN through the afternoon and early evening. Ceilings
will lift late this evening as high pressure moves in behind the
departing system. Breezy winds at KYKM/KDLS through the day today,
with gusts between 18-25kts. Elsewhere, winds will stay at or below

UPDATE...Partial clearing of upslope stratus across central and
eastern Oregon should facilitate some chilly overnight lows for
climatologically cold-prone locations of central Oregon and the
high valleys of the Blue Mountains. Given the current dew points
in the mid-30s to lower 40s and incoming clouds from the north,
confidence is too low (
